Exceptional dinner in the restaurant in the basement for a hotel of this type. The French restaurant downstairs was exceptional for dinner. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly.

During our stay, we were initially given a room with one bed for two men. However, when we requested a room with twin beds, the hotel accommodated us and provided a room with two beds.

Great location and friendly staff. the hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city and visit popular tourist attractions. the staff was welcoming and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.

The bathroom was quite small and could be a challenge for taller individuals or those who prefer more space. the lack of a concierge service made it difficult to get recommendations for nearby restaurants and arrange transportation services.

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, being so close to the train station and the bustling Ginza area. It was also surrounded by great restaurants and situated in a central area of the city. The rooms were comfortable and provided a good night's rest, while the bathrooms had good pressure in the showers. The hotel staff provided helpful maps and directions, making it easier for guests to navigate the area. Additionally, there was a 24-hour convenience shop just downstairs, perfect for those late-night cravings.

The rooms were on the smaller side, which could pose a challenge for guests with a lot of luggage.

We loved the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed with the well-maintained rooms and the excellent WiFi connection. The location was also a major highlight, as it was close to Simbashi train station and in the center of all the action. Plus, being very close to everything we could want made exploring this city a breeze.

It's a stone's throw away from Shimbashi station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The service and staff are top-notch, always ready to assist you with a smile. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with three single beds and even a sofa area with a coffee table. this hotel offers a comfortable stay in a prime location.

Conveniently located near train stations and within walking distance of Ginza shopping district. On-site convenience store is a great plus. Easy to find with its distinctive brick red color. Numerous food options available nearby. Ideal for travelers with good restaurants in the surrounding area.

My experience at this hotel was very positive. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. They spoke English fluently, which made communication very easy. Secondly, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently located near the train station, which made it easy for me to explore the city.
